plymouth neon wont stay running

got a neon into the shop, 98 i recall... customers ex boyfriend got pissed and slashed the wire looms under the hood, one shop re wired it but still couldnt get it to start, it has fuel pressure. spark..... runs fine when spraying gas into the throttle body, timing is good, has a cam sensor code pop up so i replaced the crank and cam sensors....the injectors are shooting fuel.... but the car will run fine when spraying gas directly into the trottle body...it wont run without that... not really sure what to do now, we don't specialize in engine performance at the shop and every mobile mechanic that comes out doesnt want to mess with it. the shop owner is a moron and took the car in and wont ship it out.
