Looks good. Very clean build.
But why have those rims that are way larger than the tires, or why the tires that are so much smaller than the rims?

Cool build. One thing I have started doing is cutting the wide backs off of the wheels, they will look much more scale.
That MK1 Rabbit is local to me.....just as clean in person as well!

I'm not a fan of the rims but a well built model nevertheless!

No you wouldn't! They got upgraded engines and interiors (VW Polo). The brakes and suspension remained unchanged. I wouldn't want to crash in one!
They don't look sporty like the old GTI's either. More of a girl's car now.

I agree with pirata, the Citi is scary as hell. They all collapse at the A-pillars in a crash and are generally a death-trap! Not only because they are built with machines that have been worn out two decades ago - but also because the Citi Golf is the No. 1 car in hi-jackings! DO NOT EVER RENT ONE OF THOSE when you are in SA! Spend a little more on your rental and have airbags! You will need them eventually!
