anti lock brake light

I really need some advice i have a 2002 buick century.
I have aproblem with the wheels all locking up after it sits for a while. Took it and had the brakes scaned the only code stored was right front speed sensor circuit open or shorted.
The mechanic said he had never seen that problem cause the wheels to lock up.if anyone has any suggestions pleas let me know
