Thumbs up 1995 jeep grand cherokee

whole rear end was replaced and now a knocking noise in the back right side of truck. i believe it is a loose bolt and it is right where the black bar goes accross "do not know name of it" wondering if i replace the blot if it has a certain way of being replaced?
