Code P0405 Mazda Protege

i have taken the egr valve off and cleaned it there was no carb build up i even cleaned the top hole where the vacum tube goes to on the egr valve and also the ports going in the manifold i have no idea what the deal is with it... Does any one have any idea's??? I thank you
