U1026 Loss of ATC Class 2 Communication?

I have a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe that was giving me a DTC P0300 (Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected) and was running a little rough. I started by checking my plugs, wire, cap and rotor which were all replaced less than a year ago. All looked good but continued to receive the DTC. I then was told that I might want to replace my ignition coil so while doing an oil and fuel filter change I thru in a new coil. When done the Tahoe was turning over but not starting. I am getting fuel and spark but received a DTC U1026 (Loss of ATC Class 2 Communication) and not really sure where to go from here. Anyone have any help for me?

this requires checking all fuses,,,with a meter ....a bad fuse is usually the dtc U codes...

miss fires random are usually the fuel pressure problem..make sure 53psi min 60 psi is correct....also that the pressure holds when engine is shut down...
