94 deville, turn single problem, not the bulb

drivers side turn single flashes fast like as if the bulb was out, but all bulbs light up with the exception of the top one on the rear is extreamly dim. the odd thing is, when the head lights are on the turn singnal flashes extreamly slow maybe once every 5 seconds. all the fuses are good, not sure what it could be. the led light above the rear window does not light up as well.

Welcome to AF, look for a bad ground somewhere in the circuit, focus on the dim bulb area.
