Help with 1997 jetta trek please!

my engine light has been on so I took it to autozone and they scanned it for me. The results are as followed:
P1128
P0171
P0506
P1476
P1240
Also is stated random misfire on cylinders 1,2, and 3
I checked for vacuum leaks and found none and also replaced some of the vacuum lines. Also changed air filter. And cleaned the throttle body as good as I could without taking it off. The car runs ok but at low rpms it bogs when accelerating.I have put brand new bosch plug wires, cap, and button. Also when I have the car at idle and stop the gas you can here a sucking sound from the throttle body and it hesitates for a second
Also the pcv valve was gunked up and I was wondering if the pcv could cause this. Thanks for the help.
