wont start... replace coil has fire ,fuel,and timing marks look ok...but will not start

It takes 3 things for combustion, spark, fuel and compression. You don't have all 3 if it isn't starting.

have compression..spark and fuel...compression was 150...147...151....142..timing belt marks line up but still no start

i have an 88 and there was a few times mine didnt start cause a few things werent hooked up.
is the mass air flow sensor hooked up?
all the wires on the water pump hooked up?
