smart car for two 03 plate

hi can anyone help my problem is that on my smart car dash it is bringing up 3 lines with squares in them no neutral symbol the car des not work at all but with bypass with the engine without key the car starts but still does'nt recognise the gears, does anyone know whats wrong.

Hi Rayman, I had a similar problem and smartmotiv . com were able to help me, they also carry out mobile repair work and specialise in smart cars. They are friendly and can give you advice as to what the problem may be.
