12v ignition source
hey guys I'm looking for a 12v iginition source to wire my relay to I'd prefer one thats closest to a battery (that isn't a critical part) to tap into. Right now i got it hooked up to my daytime running light but I really don't like how far the wire has to travel from my relay all the way across my engine there has to be something that is closer that I can use. Can you either tell me which connector and which colour wire to use or show me a pic. It would be most appreciated. The electrical system is what I know least about.

not a bad idea but i wanted to use a non critical source. I ended up using the red wire from the egr valve works perfectly thanks though
