Post intake and valve springs

hi everyone im trying to use the 2.3 HO intake Manifold and the 2.3L HO valve springs on an LD9 but i dont know from what year to get it....help is really appreciated

intake manifold you need to head over to www.j-body.org and get the adapter spacer.

Not sure on the valve springs tho. I'm an eco and OHV guy. Never really dealt with the ld9 too much.
