Bad day

*READER BEWARE* I strained my back yesterday helping my mom, only for her to yell at me for not helping her "right." So I take pain meds, go to bed after work, and wake up totally stiff, and too late to get to class... so I have to call my chiropractor and schedule an appointment so I can stand upright without pain!!!! Then I go to my last class of the day (and the only one I made it to out of 3 today) only to have to give my speech. I go to my doctor appointment, and realize that I must have left my wallet at work last night, so I get some food (I was starving since I never ate dinner the night before and it was 3:00pm already), and I'm sitting at this redlight... The girl infront of me starts forward, so I start forward, too. She slams on the brakes and I don't have enough time to react... I hit her at about a 1/2 mph. We pulled into a parking lot. Everyone was okay, and no physical damage was done, so both the other girl and I decide not to file paperwork, and drive off... I get my wallet, and have a decent day for the remainder of the day, but if I had done any damage, I'd have been so screwed, and my insurance would have sky-rocketed since it wasn't my car I was driving...

Okay, I feel better now!

Well, sounds like you are having a very crappy day indeed. Hopefully you will feel better soon.

Also, why would that make you a stereotypical women driver? I hardly doubt that. That can happen to all of us, and I am sure it has at one time or another. So cheer up, we are here for you :right:

I better get a virtual hug for this :

On the bright side - no damage to the car, eh?

Just drink a few beers (or whatever you prefer), and you'll feel alot better right away - works for me!

*hug* There's one for you, too, Merc.

PS... Both the cars were untouched, but I was petrified since I was in my dad's car and I didn't have my wallet back yet

Never mind...we all have days when we should have just stayed in bed.

Tomorrow's another day.

I think that was about as ordinary as can be. Don't worry about it, crappy days are in everyones itinerary. Just a matter of when.

So chill in here and let me cheer you up a bit. Let's see now, where is that damn cd?

Thanx everyone. Today has been going better already, and if I don't have to go to work, it'll be even better yet! :flash:

You all rock!

If it makes ya feel any better, saturn, i slammed into to back of my freinds car at aobut 20mph, taking off his bumper,(it was wet, and my brekas were shit) and bending my thick metal one in. Then a couple weeks later, a guy backed up into my driver side door, bending it up beyond repair. Then my girlfriend broke up with me, and school started. If that was all in one day, i would have commited suicide right then and there. I think whoever's up there watching over me turned some tricks in order to pull those events over a two week period so that i could handle it :o

Wow, I can also relate to you (once again) Steel... :flash:

I'm sure by now most have heard about my infamous 1977 Olds accident... the one where this @sshole golfer where I work backed into the driver's side fender doing $800 in damage... Read up here

Anyways, only about a week later the Sept. 11th attack happened, and then about a week later my b/f and I broke up. Needless to say, it was not a good month for me in September. But then again, I am a neurotic teenager, so what do I know?
