174 OBD2 code

I have a 97 sebring coupe 2.5L thats giving me 174 obd2 code (check engine light is on)...the left exhaust manifold has crackes along 2 of the bottom bolts. Would this generate the 174 code.

The 171/174 codes together...which I understand to be the norm...is for system too lean bank 1 and 2. Ussualy this is a vacuum leak. From research on the web I understand not to replace the O sensors or the MAS

I can't seem to find any info on just a 174 code...Can anyone think of anything that would give just the 174 code

Update....Turns out it was a O sensor...once replaced the check engine light went out and stayed out.
