Power locks not working 97 Blazer

None of the power lock switches working....fuses are good. no clicking in switches. where is the RELAY(s) for this? is there one in each door or just one contolling everything? As i remove the fuse then stick it back in it sounds like it is clicking but no movement. also, now i cant get my rear lift gate open(since it wont unlock w/o the power locks...HELP!!

Start with a good wiring diagram.
Factoiry repairmanual or All data online sub.

Check for lose of 12 volts to the power locks.
Also 97 is a bad year on ign switches.
