Quick questions

It's a 6 door 1974 Pontiac Catalina. I'm assuming I will have to get the carpet custom made instead of ordering a OEM fit from on line. Does anybody have knowledge of any specific laws that may apply to a 6 door car? Can i register it as a regular car? 47,000 miles and from a funeral home so it's in pretty good condition. The middle windows are stationary. is there a way to put in working windows? They don't have to be power but i would like for them to be able to open and close. Thanks
