2000 lesabre a few problems

Hello and thank's to all for input
my 2000 buick lesaber first off when put into gear will slams. from drive and back to revers (mounts?) next i should say after the car warms up it shakes at idol (only idol when i exell it stops right away) and in revers it also shakes have no idea whear to even start any thoughts would be greatfuly appreciated
