Lightweight RWD Coupe/Conv

Hey everybody, I'm new here. Been looking for a new sports coupe for a little while now but haven't been having too much luck. So does anyone know of any cars that are coming out or are out already that fit this criteria:

Lightweight ( < 3000 lbs )
RWD
Price Range 20-25k
Could be Coupe or Convertible
Competent powerplant

Well thats about it. Here's the list that i put together so far:

Mazda Miata (not enough power)
Honda S2000 (love it, just looking for others)

Here's an interesting idea. For that price you could take the lightest used car of your choice and have some mechanics jimmy a Chevy 350 powertrain into it, then have the body totally perfected and painted. In fact you may come out paying less that $20k. Think about it, light car + big engine = happyface

On a similar vein to Madman, take an rx-7, I prefer the FD, and put an LSx engine in it.

Then you have something with 50 50 weight distribution, 300+whp and tq, and less then 3k lbs and rwd
