Problem starting the car...it would start and die. If i start and press the gas it keeps on...if not it dies. HELP! The car has 130K miles and i don't know what to do..once the car is running i don't feel anything wrong as it runs good....maybe it could be the spark plugs or starter??

Plugs [platinum] are to be changed every 60k, so better do it now.

If symptoms are only when engine is cold, points to TPS. Or cracked coilpacks having moisture shorting sparks (they start to die after 100k, only replacement helps).

Get self diag results; might [or maybe not] hlp. If TPS is bad, that should give an error code. Read this & links about TPS; generally functions like yours... can be checked via self diag & multimeter: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/6
