how do you remove

the rear panel on a 2001 quest



most of it pops off but i can't seem to figure how do get that off (the little net holder or something of that sort that the arrow is pointing to). the speakers blew and im trying to replace them for a friend of mine. if anyone can tell me that would be much appreciated
