2003 LS Won't Start
I have 03 LS that will not start. The battery, starter and alternator check out to be good per O'Reilly but my car will start today and run then tomorrow probably not start. We jumped started the first time it went dead and it took a while before it would start. Do this sound like a starter issue or something else please help.

Re: 2003 LS Won't Start
Welcome to the forum!
To offer suggestions, we'll need a bit more detail on "won't start." Does the starter motor crank the car, it just doesn't take off and run? Do you just get a single click, or a fast series of clicks when it won't start? Are the headlights and/or interior lights bright when the car won't start? If you have a door open (interior lights on) when you attempt to start, do they significantly dim, or stay full intensity? Does the 'Theft' or 'Security' light in the instrument cluster flash when the car won't start? Answering these questions will help us offer suggestions to the next troubleshooting steps. -Rod |

Re: 2003 LS Won't Start
Can be as simple as the battery. My wifes would spin the starter just fine, but the motor would not run.
Took it to the dealer and they put in a new battery and its been fine for over a year now. Something about to low of a voltage for something on the motor for it to run but yet enough to spin the starter normally.
