window regulator

Got a 2001 venture with a window regulator problem. the window rolls down fine but gets stuck about half way up and the glass falls forward, you have to kinda pull up on the glass to get it to roll back up all the way. i inspected the regulator today and it looks like one of the arms is bent that helps the glass glide upward. I've never replaced a regulator in one of these before, jus wanna know whats involved and if anyone has any pics on how to remove the old and install the new. theres alot of stuff in the door and it looked like you gotta remove alot of stuff to get the regulator out.
