acceleration problem

I have a '94 S10 Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec. The problem that I am having is at times when I go to accelerate the engine starts to stall out. This is no an all the time issue. My last tune up was about 4 months ago and I just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. I am now at a loss of what the problem can be. Any help is more then welcome.

Check fuel pressure for up to par and secandary ign system and base timing.
Good hot blue spark to all plugs and good ac delco plugs?
What brand of fuel pump?
Have you checked fuel filter and air filter?
Any check engine lights?
A good engine scanner may show problem.
