4.6 Sputtering Idling Rough

It just started yesterday as I was pulling in the driveway. I took it around the block and the CEL came on. Its got 90k on it so I replaced the spark plugs last night. I tested the primary side of the coils for continuity and they tested ok. Its runs a little better after changing the plugs but there is still a problem.

Is there a way to test the secondary side of the coils?

What's the best way to determine which cylinder is causing my problem.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Spark tester

Scan for codes. There will probably be a P030X. The "x" can be cylinders 1-8.

#4,5 and 7 seem to be pretty common.
