Exclamation 03 Eclipse rs wont start

I entered my car after having it off for aprx. 4 hours and tried to start it and it wont start. i haven't had any problems before with it starting and there was no delayed starts prior to this. I was told it could have been the car alarm that killed the ignition to the starter. but my alarm isn't going off. When i try to start it the engine won't even try to crank and there is no noises. i checked all the fuses and they are all ok. please help me. im in the army and need my vehicle. thank you.

Re: 03 Eclipse rs wont start

never mind. after actually spending a little time on my car i found out the grounder on the starter was cut by the heat sink in front of the starter. hopefully it works. if not i'll be back here.
