Map sensors do not rattle.
What engine and mileage and why was map sensor replaced,
Any codes or check engine lights.
Start it up and look and see and feel for where the rattle is coming from.
What kind of rattle sound marbles or metal or something lose?

Map sensor or hole will not make a sound like that.
But to make sure you could Pull the map and see if it has a rattle/pop which would be real strange.
Have a look around and find out and pinpoint where the noise is coming from.
You did not answer why it was replaced to start with or.
WHAT ENGINE OR IF ANY CODES.
We can not be much help unless you give us needed info.
GOOD LUCK

If something has fell in the whole you will have to take the intake off of it to get it out. You do not want to replace the egr value next.
