92 blazer dies when put into gear
4.3l TBI dies when put into gear. Has new fuel filter, plugs, cap, rotor button, air filter, check engine light comes on sometimes, codes are o2 sensor senses lean exhaust...and map sensor has high signal, map sensor tested good...sounds like it's starving for fuel before it dies...any ideas?

Check the fuel pressure. Pump may be going out.

The fuel systems on these truck are no fun. I have a 95 and it was doing the same thing. I found that there was a pin size hole in one of my injectors. You also might try testing your map sensor mor then once they start to malfuction after they get warm.

Re: 92 blazer dies when put into gear
My 95 did that a a few years ago and the egr valve was carboned up. It may be worth a shot to take off and clean it and the ports, also replace with screened egr gasket to help it stay cleaner.
