Help a n00b=(

I just started driving about a month ago. Here's my problem I was driving in the rain and I was on the freeway off ramp making a left from the right lane. The light turned green and I was making the turn fine but the car in the lane next to me took off in a hurry and while they we're turning they lost control of their car and we're going to crash into my car so i braked and turned to the right to avoid getting hit, in doing so my car's front right tire crashed into the sidewalk. My car was fine only problem is that my rims on the right side got scraped from cement and whenever I drive my car it veers to the right? I don't know much about cars but I think something might have broken because it is not normal for my car to be doing that. Do you guys have any advice on what it might be? Like I said my car works fine except that when I'm driving my car it veers to the side when I let go of the steering wheel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have knocked the steering out of alignment. You have to take it to the shop and they will put it on the rack. Hopefully you didn't damage the steering. I would call around to a few shops to find the best price.

Yep, you probably have a bent tie rod on the side you hit and I suspect your steering wheel is not in the center position when the car is going straight.

Depending upon how hard you hit you could have a bent rim and other damage that will need to be determined while on a lift and tire ballance machine.
