2004 NB Convertible Window Not Dropping

Having sporadic issue with the driver side window not dropping far enough when the door is opened. Having to turn ignition and lower the window to keep from catching the lower portion of the convertible top. I hear a motor in the truck at times and didn't know if there was an adjustment that could be made to eliminate the problem.

The same thing happened to my 2003, I had to have both latches replaced. I think that it was $300 to 350 each.
