Know what the cars worth!
1) Check KBB & NADA online.
 2) does the miles match the cars condition?  3) Check fluids  4) Check HEAT/AIR,bells & whistles  5) Pay below Low Retail,there is alot of used cars For Sale.  6) Make offer with option of a Technican inspection.  7) Make sure that nobody reset codes on ECU/PCU,it just might throw a code after the drive cycle completes.
