No it won't. The 2.0l 4g63 is a turbo model and the intake comes off the turbo, not the intake manifold. The 420a 2.0l is laid out entirely different so that won't work also. Doing a quick search I couldn't find any neither. they do make them though. Best bet would probably get a couple to connect to the throttle body and then to a 2.5"-3" pipe and put a filter on the end of it. Be cheap.

Ok I think I'll put my foot in my mouth. Unless the 2.0l comes in a N/T option, I guess you can use the same ones. My mistake.

There was 2.0 NA cars. Only in the 1gens though. I do believe he has a 1.8 motor.

Short ram leaves the filter up high, away from the ground. Good top-end power.

A full cold air intake drops the filter close to the ground, to pick up the cold air flowing under the car. These are suppose to get you a little better power since the air ideally should be colder. However, you run the risk of sucking up water and hydrolocking your motor. I had one literally behind the splash shield and did ~65mph through a big puddle and almost killed the car but revved the shit out of it. If it's a little higher up, you'll normally be fine. You will lose a some low-end power, but gain mid-high.

For the 1-2 HP difference between the two most people dont want to risk their motor on such a slight increase.

yea i agree with the short ram being a bit safer and if you have a turbo the cold air intake doesn't do anything really.
