1996 Taurus DRL

[Al in Chicago]

Today I turned on car and Day Time Running Lights don't work.
Also now the High Beam indicator on the dash is on even with the car turned off.
The High Beam headlights are not on outside the car.

What are your thoughts? Pull fuse? short in steering column?

You have to replace the drl it sits in the left front corner mounted to the frt rad support area.it's a common problem
