Towing with a VR-4?
Is it possible? has anyone seen it done? I did a search with no luck.
I'm wanting to tow 2 snowmobiles on a lightweight trailer, definitely under 1500lbs. is there anywhere to attach a towbar? I'm sure there is enough hp, but will the tranny be able to handle the weight with its performance gearing? My buddy tows it with his subi outback 4 banger. |

Re: Towing with a VR-4?
There is a factory hitch available for the 3/S. Hans towed a big-rig with his stealth... I used to have a video of it
(disclaimer, it was only through a parking lot)

Re: Towing with a VR-4?
You can get Class I tow hitches for a 3S. JC Whitney has them. They are good for a gross trailer weight of 2000 lbs and a tongue weight of 200 lbs.

Re: Towing with a VR-4?
Bolt on. I have one here at the garage. I'm just trying to think of what I want to do with it. Maybe put it on the spyder and tow a bike or something stupid like that
