I was working on a 99 olds 88, that wouldn't start, had spark, would crank over fine (had to jump start it though because battery was dead), NO FUEL PRESSURE - So after doing some searching, I was lead to the GROUND BUSS, I pulled the ground buss out but there was no corrosion as suspected and no bad wires coming off the ground buss, so i put it back in and turn the key on and I could hear the FUEL PUMP kick on and the car started right up. Also when this happened the Power Windows did not work and this help lead to the ground Buss thing, anyways what do you think could have been the problem with the GROUND BUSS?
Thanks
Joe
