question about springs

right now i have GC coilovers on my CRX that have a custom spring rate for the B18A1 engine into my CRX, my question is what kind of suspension setups are you guys running with your swaps? too soft? too hard? i am really thinking about changing these things out for some neuspeed race springs.......i am more into Auto-x then i am into drag.....lemme know peeps!

not excessively bouncy??? i have 91 integra front knuckles/hubs/rotors/calipers and will be doing a rear disk swap too....hmmmm might just buy them and swap the GC's onto my girls car, i really am sick of coilovers......so much getting them adjusted and they are bouncy.....i have AGX shocks right now too!

I have H&R's w/the 1.9" drop. I like em a lot.... pretty good considering my struts need replacing.
