2004 1.8i P1122 & P1126 fault codes

On a 2004 Nissan Almera 1.8i, the engine management light is on and I'm getting 2 faults codes: P1122 & P1126 (throttle motor power). There are 2 wires going to the throtle motor. Can somebody kindly advise what voltage shud be there, where they are coming from, or which relay they're coming from? If it's the relay, where is the relay in the vehicle?

We have probed it with 12v & nothing happened. When I disconnect the plug & give 12v to one of the pins of the motor & earth to the other pin, I can hear the motor working. The car starts and runs and the light is on but there is no acceleration. The engine does not rev when we press the accelerator. It only idles okay, and by pressing the pedal it revs up to 1500RPM only.
