Not an RT but ive got a first gen 3.3L ..... not quite the same .... none the less the best thing about the intrepid is the unique styling and the cab forward design.

I love my car.........always needs more mods though

Are you on the www.Dodgeintrepid.net message board?

Can always use some more of the 1917 2002 R/T owners on there!

never heard of that but i will check it out.but i have sad news guys..... i was on the freeway in my R/t about 2 weeks ago (it needded tires real bad) and out of nowhere at 80 milesanhour i ran over a box made of 2x4's and plywood (kinda like somthin a skateboarder would play on) it was about 3 inches tall and god knows how long ! but it was two lane highway and i tried 2 swerve but like i said it needs new tires so the car hydroplaned. Damage? hell yes i broke the left front wheel itself (aluminum don't take that shit to well) bent the strut and even might have bent the engine cradle which is what the suspension is all bolted to causing everything togo outta wack! AND because it's an R/T they dont just have those rims layin around or suspension components so those r super expensive

so im waiting for my insurance companie to tell me what theyll pay for so once they replace the strut we'll know if the cradle is bent or not and if it is bye bye intrepid
