About this vacuum door system...

Okay, now i have this common problem with my 97 Jimmy SLT where there is a BUNCH of heat coming form under the dash on the driver's side ONLY, while the fans are off, AND set as cold as it will go. I just figured out that the door had a vacuum the other day when i rolled up the window and the panel like popped out. So i rolled down the window again, and the door panel sucked in...or vice versa...i don't remember which, but bottom line is, I GOTTA VACUUM SYSTEM. LoL, okay, well, since i don't know much about this, can someone tell me how to fix this problem IN STUPID PERSON FORM...no technical words. Please help me!
