my 92 grand am idle goes up and down when idling but runs good when driving

ok so when i start my car it runs ok then the idle will drop way down then go back to normal and then repeats a few times and then it usually settles down and idles fine.when im driving it runs fine but when i come to a stop it drops way down in idle and i notice the voltage drops way down as well but once i start driving again or give it gas it runs fine.I have replaced the plugs and wires and o2 sensor and no change .

Sounds like a throttle body issue.

My gf's Ford escort did the same thing with exception to the voltage drops. I changed the plugs, and cleaned out the fuel system and it was fine after that.

my 01 grand am was doing the same thing i cleaned out my MAF sensor and it went away. I used a circuit board cleaner to clean the wires inside the sensor.
