1998 silverado odd wires

I was just tooling around my silverado that i purchased a few months ago and i noticed some odd wires coming from the fuse box. i followed them and they were cut off i am just wondering what they possibly could have been for. one looks like it might have been for a cb radio since it comes from an antenna mounted to the window but the other one is a 7 wire cable that comes from the driver footwell.

remove the ground connection at the battery and strip back the insulation on the wires...then reinstall the ground ..using a meter check that there is no power to these wires..if so disconnect them...

Looks like it is for a cb radio.
