Renaissance models

Anyone know how to get replacement parts from Renaissance? Bought a transkit and it turned up with no clear parts!!!

Where did you buy it from? You can ask Strada Sports to see if he can place an order with Renaissance for the parts.

Etienne has always been very good about missing/damaged parts in my experience.

E-mailed last night at 7pm and had a reply from Etienne at 9:02 this morning asking for my address to send the parts to!!! Bigger companies could learn a lot from customer service like this!
