Trading car... PLEASE advice!

Hello,
I am new to this forum... wanted some sincere advice and hope someone can guide me.
Here it is in a nutshell-
My husband was doing well and decided to buy a 2007 Corvette last year and it was under my name (we were making monthly payments of course)
In Sept. 2008 he traded in the Corvette for an '08 Passat because he was hospitalized for some time and we wouldn't be able to afford corvette payments. Again, it's only under my name 'cause my credit history is much better.

NOW, we are going through a divorce. He has chosen to give me the Passat back and I will assume all responsibility for it (considering it is legally mine and he doesn't want to transfer it to his name).

I, myself, drive a 2005 Mazda 3... My payment is $270 a month and I owe $6500 on it. I am sure I can sell it for $5000.
The Passat is a WHOLE other story-- The payment is $670 a month. The term is some ridiculous 69 months!! And the total owed on that is $37,000

I don't make enough money to give more than $300 a month towards a car.
WHAT DO I DO??
My credit is really good and I even have a warranter who will sign (my uncle). WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?? HELP...

What about child support or Alimony!
You should of pulled plug for being dumb, when in Hospital!

Everything is negotable.
Example:
