whining noise when accelarate

I have a 2002 Bravada Oldmobile, and I have a problem, which i can't seem to figure out. My check engine light came on so I replace both camshift position sensor for the front and side, now the truck is making a whining noise when i hit the gas as if it's stuck in first gear or something. I had another diagonosis ran an it said " Fan Speed High", please can someone help me figure this one out,,,i don't know if it's my transmission, plugs fan clutch are what,,,please help,,thanks

You might check the transmission fluid level and power steering fluid level.
