'01 Prizm Question

My car has 90,000 miles on it. The Transmission oil is pretty dark. Should I do the flush and replace the filter. Or should I just do a drain and fill?

Chevy & Toyota state the tranny fluid should be changed every 15,000 miles. I change mine every 30,000.
