Question Need to know about motor mounts

I really want to buy and evo so bad but not any up to date one. I just want to know if anyone knows what year for a lancer are the motor mounts the same for the same year evo. If you know the year that would help me majorly. My dad gave me the idea to see if I could motor swap. I was told by one of my friends that it was a 99- 02 but not sure. I wanna have a stock looking lancer but have the evo motor in it since im kindof short on money. If the motor mounts line up I want to know if the bell housing bolts will line up to. If I have to get a new tranny along with it that'll probably come later. Thanks for the help

If you think of any other problems that might occur in the motor swap please let me know.

No, you cannot do a straight up engine swap, virtually everything on the car would have to be swapped over. The parts cost would easily be over $10000.
