4X4 Light Blinking
I have a 1998 rodeo and my 4x4 light blinks at all times until you press the 4x4 button, then the light goes steady. Any ideas why it flashs all the times?

Re: 4X4 Light Blinking
The ECU is not getting a signal that the 4WD function is dis-engaged. This could be a real fault, i.e. the front axle or transmission has not fully dis-engaged, or it could be the position switch on either of these components is defective.
Will need some trouble-shooting. Cheers, 99.
