my guage cluster on my 2000 eclipse is all messed up and was looking to buy another gauge cluster from a junk yard or ebay..if i did buy a new cluster would that just be plug and play or would i need to get my computer reprogrammed or something else cause i really need a new gauge cluster fastt..thanks..helppp me..

You shouldn't have to do anything with your computer for it. I'm assuming its all electronic as the prior generation of Eclipses were. If that be the case, it should be a simple unplug, swap, and plug in. As long as you don't tear the gauge cluster apart it shouldn't need calibrated or anything. If any of the gauges are mechanical gauges though, it won't be so simple. They shouldn't be though in that new of a car...

thanks man..one more question about changing the cluster..the miles on the new cluster will show rather than the miles shown on the one im taking out..right?

Hmmm... Not sure on that one. I think those are digital ones? If so, I'm wondering if the mileage is stored in the cluster or the ECU... Can't help ya on that one. Sorry.
