2004 Buick lesabre heated seats question

Does anyone know where the options code for a 2004 buick lesabre would be.
I am trying to figure out if my car has heated seats. The dealer says it doesn't but it has the heated seats buttons on both the passenger and driver side. However I have cloth seats not leather.
So if anyone knows where the options code for my car might be so I can see for myself if I really do have heated seats it would be greatly appreciated.

Wow that is odd. I believe the options list is on the sparetire cover in the trunk.

Could it be possible that it 'did have' heated seats but neither side is working? My 2000 does not work on the driver's side only.

Re: 2004 Buick lesabre heated seats question

In 2003 there were no heated seats if you wanted cloth. I can't recall the option code and I'll check the service manual later today if noone has come up with the code. If it a Custom model? or Limited? Do you know which option package it had?

Do the buttons light up when you press them while the motor is running?

You can spend some of that quality upside down time looking under the seats. The seat heaters involve a small box control--look for wires going up into the seat.

The easier way to do it would be stop by your friendly Buick dealer and ask them to run the VIN and tell you if it has heated seats and why the door panel has the buttons...

If you give me the last 8 of your VIN, I'll tell you right now if it has that option....
