98 Intrigue - Hard shift into reverse

Lately with the cold weather, my Intrigue will shift hard into reverse the first time after startup. Then when I shift into drive, it seems pretty normal. No other real symptoms, but I don't like the abuse the engine mounts are getting from this. Does it go away when it gets warmer?

Car has 177k and trans fluid was changed approx 60k ago and Lube Guard was added. Trans has worked well since new - this winter is the first I have had the "hard shift into reverse" issue.

At 60k you might want to have the fluid/filter changed again.
