02 Odyssey Torque Converter Clutch

Check engine light came on for the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid malfunction in the 2002 Odyssey. I can not find the location of this to repair. I am planning on getting a manual, but just wondered if anyone knew where this think is.

I bought a factory repair manual CD from boyet516 on E-bay. It covers 1999-2004 Odyssey in great detail.
